Interested in listing your shop on Nighsell? Email us at support@nighsell.com with the subject line "Vendor Application" and we will get back to you with the onboarding steps.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day (Sunday – Thursday, Oman Standard Time). Emails received on Friday or Saturday will be handled on the next working day.
For payment-related queries, please include your order number and transaction reference. Payments on Nighsell are processed through Tap Payments; we will work with the payment provider to resolve any billing concerns as quickly as possible.
